How long does a home inspection take?
A full home inspection can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on size and condition of property.
When will I receive my report?
Reports are typically sent within 24 hours of inspection completion.
What does a home inspection include?
A home inspection includes a visual evaluation of the roof and attic, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, foundation and structure, doors and windows, interior and exterior components, applicances included with home, and more. A detailed report with photos is provided after the inspection.
How much does a home inspection cost?
The cost depends on size, age, foundation type, and additional services performed. Pricing starts around $370 but please reach out for a personalized quote.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
You do not have to be there for the entire inspection but we encourage clients to attend near the end to discuss findings, maintenance tips, and answer any questions in person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, CashApp, and Venmo. We are currently working on adding credit/debit cards and Zelle.

We reside in Conway but proudly serve areas around Little Rock, Cabot, Heber Springs, Clinton, Russellville, and Perryville.
Can a house fail a home inspection?
No. A home inspection is not a pass or fail test. The inspection provides information about the condition of the home so the buyers/sellers can make informed decisions.
